Job Summary
Tax Compliance Specialist will oversee the delivery of operations to ensure organizations' compliance with tax obligations. This role involves supervising key performance indicators, internal controls framework design, and European Intrastat, ESL, VAT compliance activities.

About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a Tax Compliance Specialist who can drive seamless delivery of tax services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting flows, excellent communication skills, and ability to converse with local leadership teams. Key responsibilities include certifying balance sheet account reconciliations, developing performance dashboards, and preparing SLA billing information.

Responsibilities
• Supervise operations delivery to ensure compliance with tax obligations
• Define, execute, and monitor process KPIs, KCA, and KSFs
• Design, execute, and review internal controls framework
• Deliver European Intrastat, ESL, VAT compliance activities
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of accounting flows
• Perform internal control of activities, including auditory requests
• Periodical review and sign off manual journal entries
• Complete administrative actions related to reconciliation issues
• Publish performance dashboards and process metrics
• Responsible for people development, coaching, and mentoring
• Support smooth onboarding of new joiners and maintenance of employee master database
• Prepare and share SLA billing information timely

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• In-depth knowledge of accounting flows and tax regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to converse with local leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in financial control and tax operations
