**Job Title:** Manager Marcomm

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to assume the role of Manager Marcomm, leading our team in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. As the primary liaison between departments, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our institute's brand, products, and services across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic marketing and communication plan, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Direct and manage the marketing, communications, and public relations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging, drive engagement, and enhance our digital presence.
  • Develop and implement a proactive institute-wide communications strategy aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure performance.
  • Plan and oversee design and production of marketing materials, advertising products, and other visual content.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify key messages, target audiences, and develop compelling stories that showcase our institute's strengths and achievements.
  • Serve as the primary point person for digital initiatives, overseeing customer relationship tools, alumni and development programs, and other related digital spaces.
  • Proactively assess emerging technologies and strategies, recommending new programs and initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent creative, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Senior leadership experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, website development, social media, and enrollment marketing.
  • Passion for working with diverse populations and understanding the culture and messaging needs of individuals seeking higher education.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as needed, to drive results and achieve shared objectives.
