Job Title: 3D Visualiser

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior 3D Visualiser.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visualize architectural designs both exterior and interior, ensuring accurate representation of building structures.
  2. Closely collaborate with the architectural and 3D design teams in the preparation of 3D visualizations, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  3. Understand concepts and initial design intent, applying this to graphic representations that bring ideas to life.
  4. Reproduce architect's concepts into graphic forms or involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent ideas in graphic forms and photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
  5. Prepare advanced presentations in various graphic mediums, administering creative control and providing quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  6. Lead the 3D Team and delegate work accordingly, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion.
  7. Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
  8. Develop a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications, staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  9. Efficiently model and convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages, performing 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3ds max, Rhino, Vray, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and design intent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
