Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Pakistan operations. This is a senior management position that requires a high degree of leadership, business acumen, and operational expertise. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives in Pakistan.
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including international schools, educational institutions, government agencies, and partners.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the educational services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
