Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Review of BCMS: Assist in the implementation and review of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment: Support BIA and risk assessment exercises to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Documenting Business Continuity Plans: Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure organizations can respond effectively to disruptions.
  • Testing and Simulation Exercises: Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness to identify areas for improvement.
  • BCMS Policy and Compliance: Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Experience: 1-2 years in BCMS, or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems in accordance with ISO 22301 standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
