**Job Title: Research Analyst**
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary structure, with a base pay of $100 for achieving at least 1 successful submission per day. Additionally, you will earn a commission of $1 per submission, as well as $100 per credit earned.
About the RoleThis is a remote, commission-based role that requires consistency and strong communication skills. As a Research Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to source and connect industry experts with our clients.
Responsibilities- Send outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals.
- Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.
- Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates encouraged).
- An active professional networking profile with a good number of connections.
- Availability: Dedicate 8 hours per day to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).
You must dedicate 8 hours per day to this role, with flexibility in timing but daily effort required to meet targets.
Understanding Credits & SubmissionsA credit is earned when an expert completes the following steps:
- You source and sign up an expert.
- The expert completes screening/introductory questions.
- The expert is submitted to the client for consideration.
- The client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert.
Each 60-minute call earns 1 credit, with subsequent bookings earning 0.5 credits.
A submission is valid when an expert signs up on our website, completes any required screening questions, and their profile is submitted to a client for consideration.
