Paid Advertising Specialist


About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to develop and execute paid campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on optimizing ad performance for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to create effective ad copy and landing pages that resonate with North American users.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and geo-targeting strategies to ensure optimal results.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and audience segmentation to maximize conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4) to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Google Ads Certification (Search & Display).
  • Experience with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Familiarity with large-scale budget management.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO for North American audiences.
