Construction Mason Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Mason to carry out various construction projects in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual labor skills, be proficient in using specialized tools, and have the ability to work with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The selected individual will be responsible for laying and binding building materials such as bricks and concrete according to blueprints.
  2. He/she must be able to mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools.
  3. The Construction Mason will also need to align and straighten walls using plumb bob, hammer, or level.
  4. Additionally, he/she will cut or saw bricks and concrete using hand or power tools and fill holes and gaps with mortar or grout to create an even surface.
  5. The candidate should also have knowledge of specialized tools such as trowels, jointers, and brick hammers to shape bricks according to specifications.
  6. Finally, the Construction Mason will inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Construction Mason in similar construction projects is necessary.
  2. The selected individual should be able to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
  3. Able-bodied candidates with physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods are preferred.
  4. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision are essential qualities for this role.
  5. Candidates with knowledge of safety procedures for working with hazardous materials such as cement are highly desirable.
  6. While not mandatory, having a biometric passport is considered beneficial.
  7. Nationality: Pakistani (preferred).
