Full Stack Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects using the latest technologies. As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to a passionate technical team. You will be responsible for building hybrid and native mobile applications, working in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and programming using object-oriented principles
  • UI and back-end development (Flutter and Xamarin)
  • Systems integration and technical problem solving
  • Research and development using emerging technologies
  • Expert-level knowledge in modern mobile and server coding and design practices
  • In-depth understanding of multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and API services
  • Experience in software development life cycle releases
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of application design and debugging
  • Excellent English language skills, demonstrating good speaking and writing abilities
  • Object-oriented programming skills in any programming language

  • Degree-educated: Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree/qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience managing development teams, including assessment, task distribution, motivation, clarification of requirements, and unblocking
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions; this is not an entry-level role
  • Experience working on several complex software projects across different industries
  • More than 5 years of experience in this field or other roles where you could have developed the required skills
