We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to fill this key position. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks requiring analytical skills, in-depth evaluation, and sound judgment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately maintain up-to-date patient medical information.
  • Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies on time.
  • Document amounts due for medical procedures and services.
  • Collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations from various sources.
  • Monitor and record late payments or outstanding balances.
  • Follow up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
  • Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any missing information necessary.
  • Investigate and appeal denied claims in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, or a relevant field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical biller with a proven track record is required.
  • Strong understanding of billing software and electronic medical records is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client communication.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
