Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of projects in line with business objectives while optimizing resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive project schedule and ensure its timely execution.
  2. Conduct site surveys and generate detailed reports to inform decision-making.
  3. Evaluate and estimate resource requirements for project implementation, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  4. Closely coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary materials for solar, wind, or other renewable energy projects.
  5. Formulate and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  6. Oversee civil works and module structure installation, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  7. Implement and commission renewable energy projects for institutional customers, prioritizing on-time delivery.
  8. Provide on-site training to customers, enhancing their understanding of our solutions.
  9. Prepare and submit project commissioning reports, highlighting key accomplishments.
  10. Ensure seamless project handovers to institutional customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  11. Foster customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service, resolving issues efficiently.

Key Requirements

iii. Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

iv. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in installation activities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

v. Key Success Factors: On-time delivery of projects, excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
