Job Title

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT experts, providing guidance, support, and direction in their roles and responsibilities.
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Oversee resource utilization, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal use of resources.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans for business continuity and disaster recovery in IT systems.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the IT team and organize or provide training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within IT.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Experience in cloud technologies is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations.
