About Us

We are a small accounting practice located in Karachi, specializing in managing the accounts of numerous small to medium-sized enterprises. With our expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and back-office administration, we provide comprehensive financial support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable management.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, statements, and tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and financial data.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting and administration.

Requirements:
