Human Resources Manager Job

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to align with the company's overall mission.

This includes planning and implementing proper HR systems, developing and documenting HR policies and programs, and reporting on organizational performance.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards are implemented effectively within the organization.
  • To develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience in a Manufacturing Concern is required. The candidate should have Full Command on MS Office and be Fluent in English. They should also have good event management skills and be able to independently handle internal audits and other compliance matters.

A MBA degree and certificates/training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are highly desirable.
