About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Director, leading our financial function as we expand globally. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts for assigned areas.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze P&L statements and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  3. Cost Management: Track and manage costs, including sourcing, logistics, production, or operational expenses relevant to the area.
  4. Cost Control: Develop cost-control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax filings, payroll accuracy, and statutory obligations.
  6. Payroll Oversight: Oversee payroll processing for employees within the area.
  7. Financial Insights: Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
  8. Liaison: Act as a key liaison between finance operations and area teams.
  9. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial operations to support business growth.


Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

4-6 years of experience in financial management or analysis.

Proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems.

Familiarity with international markets or diverse operations is desirable.
