We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team at DT Modern Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling digital marketing services to prospective clients in the US market.

Your primary objective will be to generate new business leads through outbound calls and convert them into successful sales. You will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

To achieve success in this role, you will need to:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target potential clients and promote our digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics by identifying opportunities and closing deals efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote and sell digital marketing services.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral accent for US clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web design) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
