Video Content Creator Position

We seek a creative and skilled video editor who specializes in creating high-converting, visually appealing videos for social media platforms.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging videos that stop the scroll and drive audience engagement.

You will work closely with our team to ensure every piece of content reflects our brand, speaks to our target audience, and inspires action.

  • Edit and produce high-quality short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms to ensure they are hook-driven and engaging from the start.
  • Work with provided branding elements (fonts, colors, logos) to maintain consistency.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with innovative marketing solutions.
  • Deliver projects quickly while maintaining high production standards.
  • Stay updated on trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience editing short-form content with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, AI tools, or animated text overlays.
