Immunization Specialist

As a Vaccinator, you will play a crucial role in protecting public health by ensuring the safe administration of vaccines to infants, children, and adults.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in vaccinology or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immunization protocols and schedules, as well as excellent communication skills.

• Safely administer vaccines according to established protocols and schedules.
• Ensure adequate quantities of vaccines are available at all times.
• Maintain cold chain integrity for all vaccine products.
• Monitor vaccine inventory levels and expiry dates.
• Inform supervisors of impending stock depletion to facilitate timely reordering.
• Operate electronic equipment and medical supplies with care and precision.
• Administer vaccines accurately, adhering to EPI guidelines.
• Maintain strict infection control measures throughout vaccination programs.
• Accurately record vaccine usage and program data on designated templates.
• Communicate effectively with patients' caregivers through phone calls.
• Support programmatic activities as needed, troubleshooting issues and resolving challenges.
