**Operations Manager - Call Center**
We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium call center. The successful candidate must have a strong background in call center management, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
Key Performance Indicators- Frequent analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Development and implementation of strategies to drive operational efficiency
- Maintenance of accurate records and reports
- Leadership and coaching of call center agents
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum 4 years' experience in call center management
- Proven track record of leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Urdu and English; another language is a plus
