C/C++ Firmware Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled C/C++ Firmware Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our embedded systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing firmware for 32-bit microcontrollers, including STM32, ESP32, NXP, and Microchip MCUs. Your expertise in C and C++ programming languages, as well as your experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and multi-threaded applications, will be invaluable assets to our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with debugging tools such as JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and serial monitors. Additionally, you will have working knowledge of FPGA design and integration, preferably using Verilog/VHDL and platforms like Xilinx or Intel FPGAs. You will also be proficient with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for firmware builds and automated testing.

We are looking for someone who can lead end-to-end firmware development projects from concept to deployment, including planning, effort estimation, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management. You will also collaborate closely with hardware, software, and QA teams to drive technical decisions, ensure system integration, and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
