Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production operations during the day shift and meet quality and productivity parameters by supervising direct reports and organizing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure designated production machines function optimally and deliver expected output by efficiently managing resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain product standards and address production-related issues promptly.
  • Communicate maintenance team regarding machine faults through a standardized system.
  • Assist in integration and trial runs of New Product Developments into production line.
  • Work with Assistant Manager Operations to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide daily production report against each Purchase Order to Assistant Manager Operations.
  • Generate and submit reports on General Efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness metrics.
  • Document and report material usage and wastage against each PO, ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, incidents, and team performance, providing regular updates to Assistant Manager Operations.
  • Directly oversee Packing Supervisor and Process Operator, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
  • Promote a safety-first culture within team and address safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and Safety standards within designated area, maintaining relevant documentation.
