We are seeking a creative and talented individual to fill a Product Designer position at our organization. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital financial product, working closely with executives to create a user-friendly and comprehensive payment solution.

We're looking for someone who can help us create a product that is simple to use, fulfills user requirements, and is based on the progressive disclosure principle to solve all different kinds of challenges and act as the one-stop shop for all payment-related functions and evolve beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all design and innovation aspects of our products and services, following modern, simple, and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work directly with senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing regular feedback on UX/UI and supporting them in their needs.
  • Transform the user experience, transform the organization, and transform the design team.
  • Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.
  • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
  • Balance speed and quality, focusing on tangible results.
  • Presentation of your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
  • Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
  • Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a designer.
  • Attention to detail while aiming for the larger vision.
  • Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.
  • Creative and flexible in designing and guiding the teams on the vision.
  • Organized and self-driven.
  • Highly experienced in Figma, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, or any visual designing software.
  • Included links showcasing relevant work and projects.
  • A portfolio attached with your resume to better understand your experiences and projects.
