We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Finance. This role requires expertise in financial management, accounting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure financial stability.
  • Maintain compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns as required.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies and identify potential savings opportunities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with equivalent certification a plus.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, preferably QuickBooks Online and Odoo.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
