Business Analysis Lead

This is a senior-level position that requires experience in business analysis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders' engagement and effective collaboration. You will plan, estimate, and perform business analysis activities within all SDLC stages. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the healthcare domain.
The responsibilities of this role include defining business needs and objectives, modeling requirements using applicable notation, and managing solution scope to avoid scope creep. You will also be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies according to the chosen development methodology and ensuring their effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the development team and ensure requirements quality on the project.
The desirable skills and qualifications for this role include technical knowledge and skills, such as solid knowledge of major architectural types and practical experience in working with main database types and writing queries.
