Electrical Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled electrical design engineer to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and calculations for industrial and oil & gas infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience of designing low voltage switchgear and MCCs, medium voltage switchgear and MCCs, AC & DC UPS systems, transformer systems, power management systems, VFD & soft starters.

  • Knowledge of installation & commissioning activities for the above systems will be an additional advantage.
  • Experience of working with Electrical design / analysis software like ETAP, Dialux etc is essential.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing project RFQ, ensuring that the project scope is executed in line with the customer requirements and sale commitments.

The candidate must have basic understanding of HVAC system design, know how for effort estimation for the project engineering and budgeting, review of engineering documentation, review technical offers and ensuring compliance to project specifications.

Work with the project planning team for development of detailed schedule and progress trackers for different phases of the project (engineering, construction, testing & commissioning).

Coordinate with the site execution team for the safe & timely execution of project.

The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of international standards related to electrical systems, global exposure and opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.
