As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction, drive business performance, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer retention
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Claims, Customer Service, and Actuarial teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to enhance persistency in premiums and reduce policy lapses
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role focused on customer retention or persistency management
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree along with certification in insurance (added advantage)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
