The Operational Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of an organization's daily operations. This includes supply chain management, communication systems, team management, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the provision of necessary supplies for office operations.

- Team Management: Recruitng, selecting, orienting, and training administrative staff.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed.
- Materials Procurement: Negotiating price, quality, and delivery for printed materials and forms.
- Special Projects: Organizing and coordinating special projects to meet business objectives.
- Filing and Retrieval: Developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems for historical reference.
- Team Collaboration: Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs among teams.
- Professional Development: Engaging in continuing education through attending workshops, benchmarking standards, and reviewing publications.
- Quality Improvement: Improving program and service quality by introducing new applications and updating procedures.
- Financial Management: Anticipating requirements and monitoring costs to manage financial resources effectively.
