Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to potential clients, building strong relationships with clients, and assisting in the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential real estate leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role is necessary.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations is crucial.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records is required.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven individuals with a passion for sales and building client relationships are encouraged to apply.
  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone is necessary.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
