Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information formally and informally.
  • Experience using Agile performance metrics to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • High energy and engagement, always seeking to introduce innovative ideas to the team.
  • Deep understanding of business needs with talent for establishing customer trust.
  • Ability to work closely with customers to develop strategies and solutions delivering significant business value.
