Visual Content Creator

We seek a creative and innovative visual content creator to craft compelling visuals that drive engagement and boost sales.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, leveraging data and insights to improve performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design visually appealing ads and other social media creatives that align with marketing goals.
  • Utilize data and insights to continually enhance creative performance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing effective design work, preferably with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
