Responsibilities:
  1. Create and send precise billing statements, client account verifications, and detailed statements when needed.
  2. Examine and confirm billing information to guarantee its accuracy and completeness.
  3. Deliver monthly balance reports according to manager's instructions.
  4. Achieve KPIs connected to billing statement production.
  5. Maintain adherence to internal control measures and financial guidelines.
  6. Participate in end-of-month and year-end billing procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
