Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and forecasting for assigned verticals.
  • P&L analysis and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Tracking and managing costs, including sourcing, logistics, production and operational expenses.
  • Developing cost-control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Overseeing payroll processing for employees within the vertical.
  • Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

We're looking for a proactive team player with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial management or analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems.
