Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quick and responsive support: Send samples, briefs, or messages in a timely manner, ensuring speed and responsiveness in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content and develop strategies for success.
  • Collaborate with creators to create engaging videos, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Educate creators on the tiered commission system, promoting understanding and excitement around earning opportunities.
  • Monitor and respond to messages, provide regular feedback, and maintain an active chat with creators.
  • Identify and track top-performing creators, helping them produce 5-6 videos per month to maintain their momentum.
  • Motivate creators to join our community Discord for exclusive behind-the-scenes content and experiences.
  • Regularly review performance metrics, set new goals, and work towards building a squad of 100 talented creators.
