Information Technology Manager Role

Seeking a seasoned IT expert to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and enforce effective IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage hardware and software systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and execute data security plans, including backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an IT management role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
