Assistance Treasurer plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of an organization. We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Treasurer to join our team at Punjab Group of Colleges Allama Iqbal Town Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the budget preparation, budget forecasts, and closure of accounts processes, and providing regular payroll and budget monitoring, financial control, and advice service.
  • They will also enter the record of students' fees, manage student's fee installments record, manage payroll of campus' teaching and non-teaching staff, and document financial transactions by entering account information.
  • The candidate will be responsible for summarizing current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports, and reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Adept computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments are required.
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records are essential.
