The ideal candidate will have strong co-ordination skills and be able to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, including user departments, finance teams, and vendors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating with user departments to resolve issues related to purchase requests (PRs), billing, and approvals.
  2. Ensuring the quality of products supplied by vendors.
  3. Assisting the department head in negotiating prices with vendors.
  4. Collaborating with the finance department to facilitate timely payments to vendors after invoice submission.
  5. Purchasing imported raw materials based on production plans.
  6. Executing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within time and budget constraints.
  7. Managing spare parts inventory.
  8. Calculating draw amounts and making recommendations accordingly.
