Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented organizer to join our team as a Capital Structure Analyst. This role involves regular entry and updating of all public capital structures into our CMS tool, with work divided between inputting Fundamental capital structures on a quarterly basis and building and updating capital structures not covered by our Fundamentals team.

Responsibilities:
  • Entry and updating of public capital structures
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in capital structure analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data, business administration, or financial services
  • Basic understanding of credit markets and financial statements
  • Effective project management skills, including strong attention to detail and analytical skills
