Avian Farm Operations Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a poultry farm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setting up new poultry sheds with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Developing and implementing strategies for upgrading farm capacity on a regular basis.
• Managing all aspects of a broiler farm, including production, quality control, and staff management.
• Creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in successfully managing a poultry farm.
• In-depth knowledge of modern farming techniques, including vaccination, medication, and disinfection methods.
• Knowledge of common marketing strategies and tactics.
