The role of a domestic aide housekeeper involves ensuring the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. This includes daily tasks such as dusting horizontal surfaces, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping furniture with a damp cloth.
As part of this position, you will also be responsible for drying and mopping floors, both indoor and outdoor, as well as vacuuming carpets and cleaning spots when assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Dust all horizontal surfaces on a daily basis to maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Empty wastebaskets, trash, and clean ashtrays regularly.
- Clean bathrooms, including metal and porcelain fixtures.
- Wipe down furniture using a damp cloth.
- Dry and mop floors, both indoors and outdoors.
- Vacuum carpets and clean any spots when assigned.
