Job Opportunity: Product Research and Data Entry Professional.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in online product research and Excel-based data entry.

The role involves working closely with the procurement team to gather and organize product information for defence-related supplies and trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough product research through local and international supplier websites.
  • Maintain and update extensive Excel spreadsheets for pricing, quotations, and product specifications.
  • Assist in preparing detailed comparison sheets, RFQs, and basic procurement documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to analyze supplier offers and identify suitable products.
  • Support general office and administrative tasks related to procurement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting.
  • Prior experience in product research or sourcing is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
