Key Responsibilities

  3. Registration Support: Assist students in navigating the registration process and ensure compliance with requirements.
  4. Conflict Resolution: Skillfully handle conflicts and find effective solutions that meet all parties' needs.
  5. Communication Skills: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  6. Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments with students and staff to minimize waiting times.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain confidential and organized records of student interactions.
  8. Payment Processing: Handle student fee payments accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
  9. Orientation Facilitation: Conduct engaging campus orientation sessions for new students.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with various university departments to enhance overall student support services.
