We are seeking a skilled PMO Executive/Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of the Group PMO, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects/strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Scheduling:
    Assist in scheduling project activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
    Support project teams in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  2. Document Control:
    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project dashboards.
    Ensure timely submission of project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Process Compliance:
    Support the implementation of PMO processes, standards, and best practices across projects.
    Monitor compliance with project management frameworks and highlight areas for improvement.
  4. Data Recording:
    Maintain accurate records of project data, resources, and budgets in PMO systems/tools.
    Assist in compiling and analyzing data for performance metrics and reporting.
  5. Stakeholder Liaison:
    Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and escalate issues as required.
    Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
  6. Administrative Support:
    Coordinate logistics for project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
    Provide administrative support to the Group PMO as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
