**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business operations in Pakistan.
**Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, launching, and scaling our fintech business in Pakistan in full compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end setup of the business, defining and implementing the country strategy, operational plan, and go-to-market initiatives, establishing and managing all functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and licensing, building strong relationships with stakeholders and government officials, identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, and recruiting and leading a high-performing local team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, prior leadership experience in launching or scaling fintech operations in Pakistan, in-depth understanding of Pakistan's financial regulatory environment, proven experience working with or managing NBFCs, digital banking, EMI or payment platforms, existing network across banks, regulators, and industry stakeholders, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch and drive execution, and strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
