Store Manager Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your store. You will oversee sales targets, customer service, and store image to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service in the store.
  2. Sales Targets: Plan, apply, and monitor measures to reach and exceed sales targets.
  3. Cost Management: Analyse and review management indicators and costs to improve them.
  4. Merchandising: Implement merchandising standards and optimise selling space to achieve maximum profitability.
  5. Stock Management: Control and manage stock to maximise sales.
  6. Team Development: Act as a role model, promote effective communication, and lead the team to develop their potential.
  7. Staff Integration: Recruit, train, and integrate new employees seamlessly.
  8. Task Management: Plan, organise, prioritise, and distribute tasks to optimise resources and minimise costs.
  9. Personnel Administration: Ensure the optimal management of personnel administration duties.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry. You should be self-motivated, able to inspire your team, and deliver outstanding results. A proven ability to maximise profitability is essential. You should be sales-oriented, organised, and tenacious, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
