We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of Director of Administration at our esteemed institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the university, encompassing facilities management, campus security, and administrative services.
  • Supervision and maintenance of various departments:
  • Transport
  • Horticulture
  • Protocol Office
  • Telephone Exchange
  • Hostels and Accommodation
  • Printing Press
  • Buildings and Roads
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning System (HVAC)
  • Maintenance Support Workshop
  • Maintenance Store
  • Main Office, Central Registry Section
  • Handling hiring cases, managing accommodation, and overseeing payment of rent for university officers and staff.
  • Addressing TA/DA claims and performing other duties as assigned by the administration.
