Business Operations Manager

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional who can drive business growth and support sales teams in achieving their targets. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for setting and allocating monthly sales targets, ensuring smooth business operations, and providing analytical support to address specific business needs and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic orientation, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. You will also be proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set and allocate monthly sales targets for the team in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure targets are clearly communicated to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Tag and share target details with the head office, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Coordinate with the head office to address any discrepancies or updates needed.
  • Facilitate smooth business operations by managing relationships with internal stakeholders.


Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, along with minimum 5-7 years of experience in a business support or sales operations role, preferably in the financial services or telecom industry. Proven experience with target setting, performance analysis, and backend operations in a mid-level management capacity is essential.
