Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of 20k, punctual allowance of 3K, and commission ranging from 10k to 25k based on performance. Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Call Center Agent will include taking customer calls, providing accurate answers to their queries, offering assistance and support patiently, calling clients and customers to inform them about new products and services, and collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service. You will also be responsible for meeting personal and team targets in a friendly environment with numerous growth opportunities.
