Job Overview:

The Production Manager plays a vital role in driving the company's production targets and enhancing efficiency and performance. This key position involves exercising Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to ensure quality products are produced.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's objectives, focusing on growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

  2. Ensure continuous improvement across all operational areas.

  3. Foster a culture of Vision, Mission, Culture, and Quality Objectives within the organization.

  4. Maintain total quality management to meet and exceed customer expectations, adhering to ISO 9001 standards.

  5. Oversee budgeting, planning, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facility, and human resource utilization for manufacturing objectives.

  6. Critically review operating results and recommend updates to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability.

  7. Develop tactical plans to achieve factory operational goals, ensuring optimal production capacity and finished goods inventory requirements.

  8. Maintain minimal backorder status and adequate service levels through close collaboration among marketing, production, store, and materials personnel.

  9. Promote desired product quality and maintain product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standards, employee awareness, training programs, and adherence to housekeeping standards.

  10. Ensure managerial and specialized personnel have the necessary training and motivation to achieve management and manufacturing objectives.

  11. Establish positive employee relations to ensure productivity objectives and high morale at all workforce levels.

  12. Formulate, develop, and implement policies and action plans to maximize production.

  13. Develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements aligned with the company's mission and objectives.

  14. E nsure that all safety measures are implemented at the site and that all machinery involved in projects is in working order.

  15. Lead and manage the commercial and supply chain process, as well as the activities of the Logistics department and warehouses.

  16. Maintain close liaison with the QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  17. Be punctual for duty and adhere to the code of conduct while on duty, promoting it among others.

  18. Coordinate effectively with management and labor for smooth workflow.

Secondary/Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any duty assigned by Management.
