Chief Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Social Media Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan, leveraging competitive research and platform analysis to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives, including audience identification, messaging, and content creation.
  • Create high-quality daily content, such as text, images, and videos, to build meaningful connections with online communities.
  • Optimize company pages on various platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with established moderation policies.
  • Develop editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent and effective content distribution.
  • Analyze social data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking expertise and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and major marketing strategies.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English and a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
