Chief Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Digital Marketing Officer to lead our digital marketing initiatives.

As a seasoned expert in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

Digital Strategy: Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Social Media Presence: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels

Campaign Performance: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Trend Identification: Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data analysis

Growth Strategies: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to drive business results

Experimentation: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to inform marketing decisions

User Experience: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience across multiple channels and touch points

Conversion Optimization: Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to improve overall marketing effectiveness

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption where appropriate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

Experience: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Creativity: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Landing Page Optimization: Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Analytics Tools: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Ad Serving Tools: Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART)

Google Adwords: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Data-Driven Thinking: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
